Episode one opens at the pool. Flashback: at home, Sophia turns to Billy in bed, and he says not interested, going to sleep. Her figure has slipped; Billy would rather take care of himself. She heard swimming can make you younger, so she joins the camp to win his interest again.
She walks up to the coach — and he is Billy's younger brother, an Olympic champion who founded the camp. She comes out in the largest swimsuit they have, and his eyes widen: you look absolutely stunning, honestly younger than me; if we went out, people would think you were my little sister.
Then Chloe, Billy's mistress, appears poolside with a plan to make Billy divorce Sophia directly, and slanders her to the other women. The forbidden-romance tension runs on the gap between a neglected wife and a kind, patient coach.

Editor's take
Our editors' notes on the opening arc — personal picks, not audience feedback.
"The coach reveal lands fast — she joins to save her marriage, and the coach is her husband's younger brother. The rest is teaching her to swim while the mistress plots."
"Sophia is written like a real neglected wife — she blushes, she argues, she says don't tease me, I'm old."
Best for viewers who like forbidden swim-camp romance with a neglected-wife awakening and a kind brother-in-law coach; if you want moral comfort, the premise is built on infidelity and belated regret. Compared with most love-triangle shorts, the poolside sunlit setting softens the cruelty — that tone is both its strength and, for viewers wanting grit, its limit.
